Every 98 seconds, an American is sexually assaulted. One in four women on campus are sexually assaulted during their college years. Women of the same age not enrolled in college are even more likely. It gets worse — one in four transgender students and one in three bisexual students are assaulted during their college years. Any one is one too many, and we are facing a national crisis.

ReThink engages in primary prevention of sexual assault by working with young men and boys to break down the cultural norms that underpin sexual violence.

Our approach is to identify and organize leaders in communities to repeatedly and consistently deliver messages to young men and boys that undercut the dominant narrative that feeds that culture.
